Our Passion Is Born

     Greetings and salutations! My name is Christine Corrado and with my long time sister Kat Grigg,  we decided to put our combined talents together in creating a better tasting chocolate.  Being chocoholics ourselves, we had been increasingly depressed at so many bad things going into perfectly good chocolate.  In 2000 the idea of K & C Candy was forming.  In March 2017 K&C Candy was born!  That was the easy part!  Finding the perfect commercial kitchen to create our chocolates in took a little longer, lol.  We never gave up because we felt, no, we knew, we could make a tastier, healthier, chocolate that could be truly amazing!

       Kat Grigg apprenticed under Kasper Peterson of Knipschildt Chocolatier in Norwalk CT.   Her mentor, Mr Peterson was seen on  "Food Network Challenge" several times.  Under his tutelage, Kat became a Master Chocolatier whom specialized in design and large scale chocolate production.  As well as being a master at her craft..she is also a perfectionist whom deeply loves what she does.

      We temper only the finest Belgian chocolate for our confections, using natural ingredients and flavors in everything we create.  Just like everything we do here, even our, "out of this world," caramels are hand crafted, cut, and wrapped from our loving hands to your palates.
